Instead of paying for an entire private studio session (which requires hiring professional models, photographers, makeup artists, and renting studio spaces), multiple brands share pre-scheduled production days. You only pay for the specific number of "Looks" you book, making it extremely cost-effective.

How are the models, locations, and shoot dates chosen?

Our production directors curate upcoming session days by casting top professional models and securing premium locations (ranging from minimalist indoor studios to architectural outdoor locations). You can browse the live Production Schedule to view upcoming dates, assigned models, and set themes, booking the session that matches your brand's aesthetic. Brands who are looking to shoot 10 or more Looks can also get in touch to host a Scheduled Lookbook shoot session.

What is included in the base rate per Look?

Accepted Answer

Each booked Look includes: professional model styling, pre-production prep (steaming, pinning, and detailed styling), 4 fully edited high-resolution digital images, full commercial usage rights, and complete intake logistics at our hubs.

Question 4

How do the add-ons (Raw Video, Repeat Wardrobe, styling) work?

Accepted Answer

We offer three specialized add-ons to expand your campaign options:

• Raw Camera Videos (SGD 100): Provides all raw video clips recorded during your looks (charged flat per calendar shoot day booked). Perfect for behind-the-scenes or raw social content.
• Additional Styling / Focused Product (0.5 Look equivalent): Allows you to capture a completely different styling variant or place focus on a secondary product item within the same look.
• Repeat Wardrobe (0.5 Look equivalent): Reuses the same model outfit across multiple looks or setups to build lookbook consistency, this is applicable when there are more than 1 model in the same production day booking.

Question 5

What happens if my products miss the intake deadline?

Accepted Answer

To ensure smooth staging and styling prep, products should arrive at the designated intake hub prior to the session deadline. If your shipment is delayed and misses the cutoff, we will get in touch to reschedule your looks to the next available production date at no additional charge.

Question 6

Can I book looks across multiple different shoot dates, and do volume discounts apply?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can book looks across different models, locations, and dates to build a diverse portfolio. Volume discounts are calculated on your total order size within 1 shipment: 5% off for orders over 20 looks, and 10% off for orders over 50 looks.

Question 7

Do I need to be physically present at the studio during the shoot?

Accepted Answer

No. The Scheduled Lookbook® is designed as a hands-off, end-to-end service. Our styling and photography directors execute the shoot strictly following your digital shot-list, styling guidelines, and reference photos submitted.
