Product Stylist
A creative professional responsible for the physical preparation and aesthetic arrangement of merchandise to maximize visual appeal and brand consistency.
A Product Stylist is a creative professional responsible for the physical preparation, arrangement, and aesthetic composition of merchandise during a photoshoot. At JU Productions, our stylists act as the bridge between a brand’s vision and the final digital asset, ensuring that every item—whether it is a luxury handbag or high-tech electronics—is presented in its most appealing form.
The role involves handling both "hard goods" (electronics, home decor, cosmetics) and "soft goods" (apparel, linens, accessories). Our stylists work across our global intake hubs in Singapore, the United States, and China to maintain visual consistency for international brands. Whether executing a high-volume Catalog Shoot, a curated Scheduled Lookbook®, or a high-impact Mini-campaign, the stylist ensures that lighting, texture, and geometry align perfectly with the creative brief.
- Preparation: Cleaning, steaming, pinning, and removing imperfections before the shutter clicks.
- Composition: Organizing products to create balance, depth, and focus.
- Brand Alignment: Adapting the styling technique to match the specific "DNA" of the brand.
