WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Adapt content for platform-specific formats, trends, and audience preferences.

• Add captions, motion graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling.

• Maintain brand consistency across all content.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with the founder and marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.

• Plan, organize, and manage video assets for efficient reuse.

• Suggest fresh concepts inspired by current social media trends.

Performance & Optimization

• Edit with hooks, pacing, and platform algorithms in mind to maximize engagement.

• Recommend ways to improve watch time, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Travel to our studios when required for filming content.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience editing videos for social media.

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve preferred (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools are also acceptable).

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience hooks.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
